I was quite skeptical that SIMPLY STRONG’s 15 minutes per week workout program would actually work. But after only three weeks, this previously stiff 74 year old found myself able to get down on the floor and stand back up without climbing the furniture, get out of a chair without pushing off with my hands and comfortably bend down to get my golf ball out of the cup. I became stronger and more flexible. My balance has improved and I simply feel better. The time commitment is minor and the benefits still surprise me two months into the program.
