My husband and I exercised at RiverBend Rehab for several years. He died last June and I stopped exercising. I received an attractive flier in the mail extolling the virtues of SIMPLY STRONG. It intrigued me, as it indicated it could make a person feel younger, stronger and healthier in just 15 minutes a week. It sounded too good to be true, but I decided to try it. It was the right decision.
I have been exercising twice a week for just three weeks and already I feel stronger and more energetic. My myokine molecules are working. Either Ed or Katie has skillfully guide me through strengthening routines in each 15-minute session. They are dedicated trainers who care about their clients. My goal is to be strong enough to walk around Boston when I visit my granddaughter and her family next June.
